How to Use
1. Register with our shipping label preparation system
To use the Hikyaku Global Post Express Shipping Label Preparation System, you need to register as a member of the Smart Club for business.
If you have already registered, log in to Smart Club for business here.
Registration process (if you do not have a Smart Club for business ID)
1. Register as a new user of Smart Club for business
You are required to sign up for Smart Club for business.
2. Log in after completing the registration
When the “Registration Complete” screen appears, log in by clicking the “Login” button at the bottom.
- Confirm your login ID in the email sent to you after the registration has been completed.
3. Register your information
After logging in, go to the menu icon of the Hikyaku Global Post Express Shipping Label Preparation System and enter your information.
4. Your initial registration is completed
After you agree to the terms and conditions, your initial registration will be completed.
5. Shipping labels/Start using the service
You can prepare shipping labels using the Hikyaku Global Post Express Shipping Label Preparation System.
2. After preparing the documents including the shipping label, place them in a dedicated pouch and attach them to your package.
- The dedicated pouch will be delivered to you by the assigned SALES DRIVER®.
Please let us know in advance. - The following eight types of documents should be printed out.
Please enclose documents (1) to (3) in the dedicated pouch and attach it to your package. Please hand documents (4) to (8) to the SALES DRIVER®. Document (4) is your copy. After the SALES DRIVER® checks the document, it will be returned to you, so please store it.-

3. Request a Pickup
Please contact a sales office. A SALES DRIVER® will come to collect your packages.
Notes on Use
Precautions
- The Hikyaku Global Post Express service is limited to packages whose fees are prepaid in Japan.
- Available Package Size (Basic size)
Longest side up to 150 cm (1.5 m), longest side + girth up to 300 cm (3 m), weight up to 30 kg (Size and weight limits may vary depending on the country/region.) - Prices include collection charges, air freight and customs handling fees, etc.
- Shipping costs vary depending on the areas (countries/regions) to which the packages are to be sent and the actual weight of the packed packages.
- Any duty arising in the country of destination shall be paid by the recipient.
- The compensation limit for damage or loss of packages is up to 20,000 yen per package.
- If the value of the merchandise exceeds 20,000 yen, you can use the EMS Compensation System by declaring the amount of compensation according to the value of the merchandise. There is no additional charge up to 20,000 yen, and you can increase the maximum amount by paying an additional charge of 50 yen for every 20,000 yen after that. The upper limit of the value of the merchandise per item is 200,000 yen.
- There are cases when it is not possible to send some products to some destinations because of conditions in the respective countries.
Items that we cannot handle - We cannot accept some packages for shipment to certain countries/regions.

Please check the following for details such as prohibited items based on the Universal Postal Convention and other regulations, and prohibited items based on the Postal Law. - Valuables
- Frozen and chilled packages
- Merchandise with a value exceeding 200,000 yen per item (This includes cases where the total value of multiple items sent to the same destination exceeds 200,000 yen.)
- Packages using a shipping label prepared by a system other than Sagawa Express's dedicated shipping label preparation system.
- This service is performed based on Hikyaku Global Post Express Terms and Conditions.
