Available for parcels up to 260 cm (total dimensions of 3 sides) and 50 kg in weight, and only for packages that can be carried by a single person.

The following charges are applied. Available for parcels up to 160 cm in total dimensions (total dimensions of 3 sides) and 30 kg in weight.
This service is available for parcels larger than Hikyaku Express that are up to 260 cm (total dimensions of 3 sides) and up to 50 kg per parcel. Faster delivery to remote areas is available by using air transport. Faster delivery to remote areas is available by using air transport.

How to Use
- Please use the Hikyaku Express delivery form.
- Use the Delivery Time Selection Service sticker.
- Tell your sales driver that you wish to use the Delivery Time Selection Service.
- When using e-collect, please use an e-collect delivery form.
Notes on Use
- Available destinations vary depending on the area the packages are sent from. Delivery to some remote areas may take one day longer than ordinary delivery.
Click here to search for a sales office in your area. - Delivery may be delayed as a result of traffic congestion caused by natural disasters or accidents, or abnormal weather conditions, etc.
- Even if we cannot deliver at the requested time due to the reasons listed above, our sales office will not be able to notify you. We are currently receiving packages from numerous customers, and it is difficult for us to respond to each one individually. In addition, please understand that Sagawa Express cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred due to failure to deliver within the specified time.
- We may refuse to accept a package if it is too difficult to be handled by a single person.
- Please write descriptions of the items being sent and any special remarks in the "Descriptions" box on the delivery form.
