To help you unload efficiently, we will ask you for the details in advance and offer full support from the preparation phase until relocation. We also put a protective covering tailored to the facility to avoid any damage.
By centrally controlling the vehicles and shipments that enter and leave the facility as well as the people who enter the facility to deliver the shipments, we increase the efficiency of the vehicles and shipments inside the facility. Efficiently managing the unloading process inside the facility enables us to smoothly deliver the shipments to the tenants. Moreover, reducing the number of delivery vehicles helps eliminate traffic jams/congestion inside and around the facility. This reduces CO2, thus contributing to safe and secure urban development.
During the unloading period before the commencement of operations, the delivery of each tenant’s shipments—from retail fixtures to commercial goods—is concentrated in a short period of time. For the smooth commencement of operations, we adjust the planned unloading schedule with all tenants on behalf of the company that manages the commercial facility. We will also manage the entire process on your behalf—from placing protective covers in the facility to arranging the delivery vehicles and letting carriers in and out.
For the smooth operation and management of complex and commercial facilities, we support you in putting a physical distribution plan as early as in the design phase. We check the adequacy of the route of delivery vehicles, from the entrance of the facility to the cargo-handling area, and the capacity of the cargo-handling compartments in those vehicles. As early as in the design phase, we identify the issues that may arise after the commencement of operations and offer suggestions for improvement, such as planning the number of freight elevators and the placement of a multipurpose room in the back.
Since commercial facilities only have limited backyard spaces used as warehouses, work spaces, and kitchens, there is not much room for enhancing efficiency within the facilities. So, you can use external warehouses to store products and materials and review the efficiency of your whole commercial facility. We not only propose storage places but also help you review the whole physical distribution management.
We offer lifting services for unloading building materials, equipment, and machinery that are used in the construction of the facility or for construction work and the unloading of tenants’ furniture and fixtures. We can also arrange specialized vehicles, unload and allocate shipments, and collect the waste generated during construction.
You can also entrust us with construction work-related tasks, including reception, vehicle control, and elevator operation.
When unit owners move into a newly built condominium, the GOAL team offers total support in cooperation with SG Moving Co., Ltd.—from arranging vehicles to scheduling the desired date and time for moving in, offering customer support on the day of moving, unloading packages in the apartment, and doing the installation work.

In addition to offering our main service of loading and unloading goods and equipment, we also undertake the setup, construction, and takedown of the venue. We can also provide temporary staffing.
