Smart Delivery provides each customer with a unique code to identify their packages. Based on the data of the unique code you enter on a PDT (portable data terminal), you can check in real time the number of goods that are scheduled for delivery the next day. Since the delivery quantity is clear in advance, customers do not need more staff members than necessary to receive the goods, thus reducing costs.
You can acknowledge the receipt of goods in one shot on your PC, as long as their receipt has been registered on our system. Since you have no need to place a receiving stamp on every single delivery slip, you can significantly save time. This service is also environmentally friendly because it promotes paperless invoices.

We collect your returned and recalled goods that are sent from scattered locations across Japan using the unique code that identifies you.
