  • QAre there any size restrictions on checked baggage?

    We cannot accept items whose total dimensions (length, width, and height) exceed 200cm, or whose weight exceeds 30kg.

  • QAre there any items I cannot check in?

    Items including but not limited to valuables, combustibles, precision instruments, food and drinks, living creatures, chilled and/or frozen items cannot be accepted.

  • QCan I access my luggage midday?

    Yes, you can access your luggage as many times as you need.

    *You are able to access your luggage while it is being stored, but please note that if you walk away from the counter with them, you will not be able to check them back in without incurring an additional fee.

  • QCan I add extra luggage?

    Yes. There is no additional charge if the new items fit inside the luggage you originally checked in.

  • QHow many items can be checked in?

    There is no set restriction except for during busy seasons.

  • QWhat if I cannot pick up my luggage on the same day?

    Please contact us using the QR code* listed on the receipt handed to you when you left your luggage at our store.

    As a general rule, luggage can be kept throughout the day, but if it is not picked up during park business hours, it will remain checked in through the next day and onwards, and an additional fee will be paid at the same rate as 1,100 yen (tax included) per day. Your luggage will be stored for a maximum of five days, including the day it is stored.

  • QI lost the receipt I received after handing in my luggage.

    Please come to the store and provide the name and contact information you registered at the time of reception.

  • QDo you have group discounts?

    We apologize as we do not offer group discounts at this time.

  • QWhat is the difference between your service and a locker?

    We can accept sizes that cannot fit in a locker. Likewise, you can access your luggage throughout the day.

Your luggage will be stored for a maximum of five days, including the day it is stored.

  • QCan I access my luggage midday?

    Yes. There is no additional charge if the new items fit inside the luggage you originally checked in.

    As a general rule, we only accept luggage on the day it is left, but if you are unable to collect it on the same day, please contact the delivery counter.

    The storage period is 5 days, including the day of collection, and an additional fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be charged per day.

  • QI lost the receipt I received after handing in my luggage.

    We can check with the name and contact information you provided at the time of reception.

  • QDo you have group discounts?

    We apologize as we do not offer group discounts at this time.

Airport Pickup Service

Naha Airport

  • QWhich counter can I pick up my luggage from?

    You can pick up your package at the Sagawa Express Naha Airport Delivery Counter in the Naha Airport Domestic Terminal.

  • QWhat happens if I am unable to pick up my package?

    You can pick up your package within five days of arrival, but please contact us in advance using the contact information provided on the receipt provided at the time of shipment.

  • QCan I ship to remote islands?

Sending a golf bag

  • QHow much does a golf bag cover cost?

    We offer a dedicated cover for 726 yen (tax included) (as of April 1, 2025).

  • QHow many days in advance should I ship my golf bag so that it arrives at the golf course?

    Please arrange shipping well in advance so that it arrives at the golf course by the day before use.

  • QCan I send the golf bag without a cover?

    A golf bag cover is essential.

    If you don't have one, please consider purchasing one.

  • QCan I specify a delivery date and time for my golf bag?

    You can specify a delivery date and time when shipping to your home, workplace, golf course, etc.

  • QDo I need to check the holidays of the destination golf course when shipping my golf bag?

    There is no need for customers to check the golf course's holidays.

    Please arrange shipping well in advance so that your bag arrives at the golf course by the day before use.

  • QCan I use the dedicated cover after?

    Yes, you can. Please use it the next time you go out.

  • QWhere can I purchase the dedicated cover?

    You can purchase it at your local sales office or service center.
