  • Door-to-door delivery to over 220 countries and regions worldwide is available.
  • For convenience of users, prices are calculated in units of 0.5 kg of actual weight, for each of the small parcel and document courier categories, for 8 area zones.
  • The same prices apply to international deliveries from anywhere in Japan.
Available Parcel Size
This service is available for parcels up to 160 cm in size (total of 3 sides) and 30 kg in weight per parcel, and up to 250 kg in total weight per shipment.
Prices  Charges for delivery of packages
Transport fees for small parcels (small business packages) and document courier (business documents) vary by the destination area (country, region) and actual weight/size of the package. For details, see the Zone Chart and Price List.

How to Use
  1. Choose your package type.
    sgx offers two service types: small parcels (for small business packages) and document courier (for business documents). Select a service type appropriate to your package.

    • Small parcels (small business package) service
      This is a small parcel transport service for delivery of product samples, spare parts, high-priced products, etc. regardless whether with or without compensation, to anywhere in the world.
    • Document courier (business documents) service
      This service is for delivery of such business documents as contract documents and export documents, as well as catalogues attached to these documents, periodical publications and other printed matter.
  1. Prepare the necessary forms.
    Prepare and fill in a Hikyaku International Express delivery form and Hikyaku International Express invoice.

  • For each parcel with compensation, two copies of the invoice need to be prepared by the customer.
  • For invoices, use your company letterhead, or download a commercial invoice format from this website and use it after placing your company seal.

The commercial invoice is an important document required by customs law for delivery of goods overseas, and should be submitted for entry at customs. An accurately filled-out commercial invoice can be used as the basic data for preparation of customs clearance documents related to the shipment. The data will also be used by customs authorities of the importer countries to correctly examine the tariffs and import applications.

  1. Date the invoice is prepared.
  2. Your company name, address, contact person name, contact department name, telephone number, and signature (name should be legible)

    *Rather than using descriptions like "parts" and "sample" for the item name, please be specific and detailed in identifying the sample.

  10. All shipments, with the exception of documents, being exported from/imported into China will require a Harmonized System code (HS Code) to be indicated on customs declaration forms.
    The provision of the HS code, along with an accurate and detailed goods description in the supporting documents, will help expedite HS classification and ultimately clearance of the goods.

  3. Amount (declared value) of the items being shipped. The declared value is required even when it has no commercial value.
  4. Sub total price.
  5. Terms of trade (FOB, CIF, etc.)
    *FOB = Cost of Goods + Japan Domestic Transportation Costs
    *C&F = Cost of Goods + Japan Domestic Transportation Costs + Airfreight
    *DAP = C&F or CIF Terms plus destination Duty/Tax
  6. Select Currency.
  7. Total price.
  8. Total packages.
  9. Total gross weight.
  10. Choose one.
    *Clearly indicate "No COMMERCIAL VALUE" in the case of shipments with no commercial value.
