Sagawa Express Supports the Pink Ribbon Campaign
What is the Pink Ribbon Campaign?
It is an awareness-raising activity to spread accurate knowledge of breast cancer to help more people understand the disease, including by promoting breast cancer screening at an early stage.
Purpose and Background
Sagawa Express has been participating in the activities of Pink Ribbon Kyoto since 2005. In addition, since 2011, we have been actively promoting women's empowerment and undertaking various activities to create a workplace environment where women can work with peace of mind for a long time.
In response to suggestions from female employees for breast cancer screening at the company, we started mobile breast cancer screening using screening vans at our sales offices in FY2014, and have been sharing the importance of breast cancer screening with employees.
We are committed to the Pink Ribbon Campaign with the hope of promoting it not only to our employees but also to the important people around us.
