You can check the delivery status of your packages online.
You will need the tracking number from the delivery form.

When you have registered for automatic e-mail notification

We will notify you by email of the delivery schedule prior to delivery.
It is possible to designate a changed delivery time or time slot depending on the needs of the recipient.

There are times when we will not send e-mail notification, including the needs of the shipper or when we are unable to confirm details of the addressee written on the package or entered into the registration information.
Furthermore, we do not offer a delivery schedule e-mail notification service in certain regions where we are unable to meet requests for specific delivery times.

Online redelivery ordering service

You can request a redelivery of an item online.
You will need the sales office number and package number listed on the failed delivery notice.

It is possible to request a redelivery date within 7 days of the date of the failed delivery attempt.

The redelivery address will be the address written on the delivery form.
Please understand that it is not possible to use this service to change the address of the recipient.

Individuals can place online orders for round-trip deliveries to ski resorts, golf courses or hotels, etc.
After you have entered your delivery details online, a driver will bring a delivery form and call to collect your package.

  • Please be aware that if a user ID is not used for a consecutive period of one year after registration, the registered information will be cancelled.
  • This service can be accessed by mobile phone, but access is limited to the following mobile phone companies.
