If we are unable to attempt delivery of your package at the specified time we will refund you the full delivery charge.

This service is available for packages up to 260 cm (total dimensions of 3 sides) and 30 kg in weight, and only for packages that can be carried by a single person.

How to Use

  2. Please tell your sales driver that you want to use Hikyaku Just Time Express.

If you pay in cash at the time of shipment, please use the “Paid by sender” delivery form. If you use e-collect, please use the e-collect delivery form.

Notes on Use

  1. This service is not available for the delivery of golf, ski, and snowboarding equipment.
  2. Available destinations vary depending on the area the packages are sent from. Delivery to some remote areas may take one day longer than ordinary delivery. Please contact a sales office for more details.
  3. The maximum compensation for damages is 300,000 yen.
  4. We cannot handle dangerous items, confidential correspondence, money or securities.
  5. Delivery may be delayed as a result of traffic congestion caused by natural disasters or accidents, or abnormal weather conditions, etc.
  6. Packing must be carried out by customers.
  7. Please notify our staff of any personal information, high-value items, etc. contained in your package that require special care.
  8. Please write descriptions of the items being sent and any special remarks in the "Descriptions" box on the delivery form.
