- Receipt stamp forwarding service
You can get the receipt stamp for your package by e-mail or fax, based on the tracking number provided on your delivery form.

- This service takes about 30 minutes after your request is received.
- The receipt stamp forwarding service is available for 60 days after shipment.

- Delivery completion notification e-mail service
When delivery of your package is completed, a delivery completion notification e-mail is sent to you, based on the tracking number on your delivery form.

- This service is not available after completion of delivery.

- Recipient's absence notification e-mail service
If the recipient is out at the time of delivery of the shipment, an e-mail is sent to you based on the tracking number on your delivery form.

- This service is not available after completion of delivery.
- An e-mail is not sent when the recipient is not out.

- E-mail service to notify arrival of shipment at sales branch
When receipt of shipment at a sales branch is requested by the recipient, an e-mail is sent to notify that the shipment has arrived at the sales branch, based on the tracking number on the delivery form.
[Notes]
- This service is not available after the shipment arrives at the sales branch.
- If the shipment is directly received by the customer, this e-mail will not be sent.

- Web pickup ordering service
You can request pickup of your packages online.
[Notes]
- This service is not available in some areas. You can check the availability from the service menu after logging in to the Web service.
- It may not be possible to pick up your packages on the pickup date you have requested through this service due to traffic conditions, etc.

- Web redelivery ordering service
Based on the tracking number and sales branch number provided on an absence note, you can order redelivery of a shipment.
[Notes]
- This service is not available in some areas. You can check the availability from the service menu after logging in to the Web service.
- You can select a redelivery date within 7 days after the absence note is placed.
- Destination of the redelivery will be the address written on the delivery form. Please understand that it is not possible to change the destination address.
