Hikyaku PC Express
Hikyaku PC Express is a service for delivering precision electronic products such as PCs in returnable packaging materials, ensuring safety and confidentiality during transportation. Our sales driver delivers a special box for this service to the sender, packs the product at the entrance of the sender's location, and then takes the package for delivery.

  • Our staff person visits the sender during hours of their choice with a special box and delivery form for this service.
  • Our staff person contacts the sender to confirm their availability before pick-up.
  • Our staff person packs the product at the entrance of the sender's location.
  • While packing the product, our staff person checks for scratches, dents and other damage and confirms which accessories are included. Then the driver issues a proof of pick-up.
Available Parcel Size
"SAGAWA Softair Package," a special box for this service, can be used to deliver a wide variety of precision products.
This special box is environmentally friendly because it can be used repeatedly. Use of this box is also economical because it can greatly reduce the cost of packaging materials.

* This service is also available in case of mandatory or voluntary recalls of precision products.

Service Fees
The Hikyaku PC Express Service Fee consists of a delivery charge, a special box use charge, and a packaging service charge.

Notes
  1. This service is available only for delivery of electronics, including PCs, PC peripherals, printers and digital cameras, but is unavailable for delivery of some electronics items.
  2. We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage of data on PCs and other products during repair and delivery.
    Please be sure to back up your data before delivery.
  3. Please make sure the product is turned off and all accessories such as cables are removed from the product before pick-up.
  4. Registration is required in advance to begin using this service.
    A staff person from our nearest sales office will visit you, provide information about the service, and discuss details with you.
