| The Hikyaku Marketing Mail service delivers a minimum of 3,000 pieces of DM, advertising materials, flyers etc. (paper media) that are not directed to specific delivery addresses. Excepting some areas, the items will be delivered within one week (standard service) after they arrive at the locations designated by Sagawa Express. |
Apply for the service on the Web Services page of the Sagawa Express website. (Note: These Web services are provided in Japanese only.)
Use of the Web services requires a User ID and password, as well as a bank account for transactions with Sagawa Express. |

- Use of the Hikyaku Marketing Mail service requires initial registration. Contact your local sales branch or sales driver for details. (Registration takes approximately one week.)
- After completing the initial registration, acquire your User ID via the Web service page on the Sagawa Express website.
- From the Web services menu, select and click "Hikyaku Marketing Mail" to apply for the service.
- When applying for the service, input necessary information, such as "Conditions for identifying delivery areas / annual income, gender etc." and "Details regarding items for delivery, etc."
- A quotation for the service will be provided in accordance with the conditions of delivery. Check estimated charge before placing a firm order.

- Regarding damages pertaining to the Hikyaku Marketing Mail service, payment will be made for direct damages, with a value limit equivalent to the respective quotation for each delivery order.
- The service is not available for delivery of advertising materials, flyers, DMs, booklets etc. regarding nighttime jobs, pornography, multilevel marketing etc.
- The cost of sending the delivery items to the locations designated by Sagawa Express shall be borne by the sender.
- Natural disasters, abnormal weather, emergencies etc. may delay delivery.
- To use the Hikyaku Marketing Mail service, the sender shall consent to the Terms of Service at the time of application.
