When you use Sagawa Web Service for the first time, web service registration (ID acquisition) is necessary (free of charge).

- Our sales driver will visit you with a delivery form for outbound and return deliveries.
- Your return delivery is valid for one month from the date we receive your package for outbound delivery to the same date in the following month.
- Be sure to use the delivery form for Hikyaku Round-Trip Express.
- If you cancel your return delivery, visit your nearest Sagawa sales branch with your delivery form for the cancelled delivery to obtain a refund for the return delivery.
(Refund is available for 60 days from the scheduled return delivery shipment date).
