This service is available for parcels up to 30 kg in weight, 160 cm in size (total of 3 sides), and up to 250 kg in total weight of several packages per shipment.
- Prices are offered in units of 0.5 kg.
The price is a door-to-door package price covering pickup fee, airfare, customs clearance charge, etc.
- Prices are calculated based on either volume or weight, whichever is larger.

As for weight, in the event that the volume weight of a shipment is greater than the actual weight, the volume weight will be applied for calculation, pursuant to IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations. |

When the actual weight of a package is 12 kg, its volume weight becomes 60 × 45 × 35 / 6,000 = 15.75 kg. So the price will be calculated based on the volume weight, as 16 kg.
- Customs duties, if required at the destination, must be paid by the recipient.
- Submission of some documents (import license, processing handbook, passport, visa, etc.) may be required for customs clearance, depending on the nature of the goods dispatched or destination. Additional costs associated with such document submission (travel costs, miscellaneous expenses, etc.) shall be borne by the recipient.
- The maximum compensation for damage or loss is 100 USD per delivery form.
- Coverage of marine cargo insurance is recommended for delivery of valuable items.
- Some items may not be accepted due to situations of the destination countries.
- Delivery of packages to individuals may not be available for some areas.
- sgx cannot accept packages that exceed 30 kg per parcel.
