- Transport under thoroughly controlled temperature: 2℃ to 10℃ for chilled items, -18℃ or lower for frozen items,
- Reasonable delivery price: 160 yen for up to 60 cm in size (total of 3 sides), 2 kg in weight, and
- A wide available size range: up to 140 cm in size (total of 3 sides), 20 kg in weight.

We support high quality, low price transport of chilled/frozen items, to ensure their freshness, quality and safety in delivery.

<Notes for Cool Express service>
- Please make sure this service is available in your destination area.
- Please pre-cool your items before shipment.
(Chilled: at 8℃ or below for at least 6 hours; frozen: at -18℃ or below for at least 12 hours)
- Clarify whether your item is chilled or frozen.
- If the recipient is out, maximum storage period is 4 days.
- We cannot accept items that exceed the limits of our temperature control (items for ice storage, frozen items requiring temperature control below -18℃, etc.)

- This service is not available in some areas. Order acceptance time limit and other terms of use vary depending on area.
- The maximum compensation for damage is 300,000 yen.
- We cannot handle dangerous items.
- Natural disasters, traffic jams due to accident, abnormal weather, etc. may cause delay in delivery.
- Packing must be completed by customers.
- Please be sure to notify our staff of any personal information, high-priced items, etc. contained in your package that requires special care.
- Please write the names of the items contained and special remarks in the "Item/Package shape" box of the delivery form.
