This service is available for packages over 160 cm up to 450 cm in size (total of 3 sides), and up to 60 kg in weight, for 2 or more packages per customer.

This service is not available for two-wheeled vehicles other than bicycles such as motorcycles, large-sized furniture, or any other items for which loading and unloading cannot be done by a single person. |

For delivery of the items below, a 20% extra charge is added:
- Irregular-shaped items (bicycles, legged sofas, furniture with wheels, chairs, etc.)
- Art/craft works (glass objects, paintings, etc.)

- The maximum compensation for damage is 300,000 yen.
- We cannot handle dangerous items, personal letters, money and securities.
- Natural disasters, traffic jams due to accident, abnormal weather, etc. may cause delay in delivery.
- Packing must be completed by customers.
- Please be sure to notify our staff of any personal information, high-priced items, etc. contained in your package that require special care.
- Items that cannot be handled by a single person may be rejected.
- Please write the names of the items contained and any special remarks in the "Item/Package shape" box of the delivery form.
