- Hikyaku Cool Express and Hikyaku Air Express are not available in some areas (due to order acceptance time limits, etc.)
- For delivery of ski and golf equipment and suitcases, the 140 size is applied to ski equipment (skis and ski bags), golf equipment (caddie bags) and travel bags (suitcases, overnight bags) that exceed 20 kg in weight (maximum 30 kg) or 140 cm in size (total of 3 sides).
- In the price search for Hikyaku Air Express, when a shipment is sent from and arrives to the same area, a regular area price will be applied and displayed.
- Cool Express and Cool Air Express services are available for packages up to 140 cm in size (total of 3 sides) and 20 kg in weight.
- A transit process may be required for delivery to some remote islands or mountainous areas. Hikyaku Cool Express is not available in some areas. For details about transit fees and available areas, please ask your local sales branch.
- We cannot accept two-wheeled vehicles other than bicycles such as motorcycles, large-sized furniture, or any other items for which loading and unloading cannot be done by a single person.
- A 20% additional charge is required for delivery of irregular-shaped items (bicycles, legged sofas, furniture with wheels, chairs, etc.) or fragile items such as glass objects and paintings.
